Donna Samuelson

Ner Tamid (personal mission statement):

Show up with playful warmth and sincere curiosity

Donna converted to Judaism in 1985, beginning a lifelong journey of Jewish and spiritual learning. She explored spiritual discernment through the Center for Courage and Renewal, facilitating programs that helped teachers reconnect with their calling in education. Seeking deeper understanding, she completed the Florence Melton Program and ultimately found a spiritual home in Mussar—first with The Mussar Institute and later with CCM—recently completing her Madrichim training. Mussar has given her a framework to honor the dual religious traditions of her sons, one Christian and one Jewish. Professionally, Donna devoted her career to supporting infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. Beyond her work, she is a proud grandmother to five astoundingly wonderful children.
